After 2 hours on the steps, we made our way into Hearing Room 50, and listened for more than 4 hours to expert speakers, who explained proposed legislation, taught about reducing the risks of all drug us and told of their efforts to improve drug policy.

These presentations were offered so patients could be better informed to protect themselves and expand their understanding of drug policy reform issues. A question and answer session after each presentation allowed attendees to directly question the speakers. This was a wonderful opportunity for patients to educate themselves and MAMA welcomes the occasion to teach patients how to find the information they need to make safer decisions regarding their medical cannabis use.
