MAMA's Membership

MAMA could not do what we do without the generous support of those who share a passion and understanding for our mission.  MAMA members get many benefits including, discounts on goods services, promotions, MAMA's newsletters, and much more.  Contribute a lot or a little, MAMA has just the right membership program for you. Basic Memberships start at only $35.00. 

Help MAMA meet it's goal to add 1,000 new MAMA members this year.  You can be part of our large and quickly growing community.  As a MAMA member you will receive all of our newsletters along with your MAMA membership card and invitations to all of our special events, speakers, and member only events.  See below for the perfect MAMA membership for you.

MAMA Membership Program

Student, Senior, and Veterans Membership $25.00 - Send proof or a copy of your student id, driver's license, or VA card to qualify for this discounted MAMA membership.  Stay current with all of MAMA's newsletters and information.

Basic Membership $35.00 - This is an affordable option which gives you your MAMA membership card, and all of our newsletters and publications.  You'll get legislative alerts, and be the first to hear of new MAMA promotions, and Social events.

Supporting Membership $60.00 - Just $5.00 a month, this is an affordable option that is really helpful for MAMA.  MAMA relies on monthly revenue to keep our programs running and keep on budget. This can also be automatically deducted on a monthly basis for your convenience. 

Sustaining Membership $120.00/year or $10.00/mo - Sustaining Members help MAMA on a real and direct level with consistent monthly contributions.  $10.00 can be automatically deducted from your account monthly, safely and securely. 

Family Membership $500.00 - Enjoy all of MAMA member perks plus (4) annual MAMA membership cards, (4) MAMA class, and (2) discount clinic coupons

Personal Benefactor $500.00 - Enjoy all of MAMA member perks plus (2) MAMA class and discount clinic coupons, (2) annual MAMA membership cards, MAMA Tote or T-Shirt
